In today’s economy your customers are continuously looking for ways to reduce service and
maintenance costs. By adding remote control and monitoring to your controllers, your customers can modify operating
parameters, update code or data, and monitor equipment status without the need to send service personnel to the equipment site. This equates
to faster response time, reduced manpower costs and lower transportation expenses.

Software Concepts can provide you with solutions to help your customers achieve these goals.
Our Micro Web Server and Micro Cell Server products allow you to add remote monitoring and control to your controllers for
little or no additional hardware cost. Based on Microchip Technology’s low-cost, high-performance PIC processors, our
servers can handle the most demanding control applications. In most cases, they can perform all of the functions required
by your Controller as well as providing Web and/or GSM cellular radio interfacing.
We offers a broad line of both hardware and software solutions to meet all
of your Remote Monitoring and Control requirements. For devices with network access, our Micro Web Server products allow access
to your controller using any web browser. Service personnel can connect from anywhere – whether around the corner or across the
globe. With our WAP enhancements, they can connect using any cell phone equipped with a web interface. Our Micro Web Server also
supports a broad range of options that allow your controller to notify your customer’s service center that a problem has been
detected. Notifications can be sent as Voice Messages, Emails, Text Messages, or SNMP Traps.
For devices that don’t have network access, our Micro Cell Server is the perfect solution.
Using the GSM Cellular Phone Network your controller can provide the same level of control and monitoring available to network
connected devices. For high-volume applications that require minimal monitoring, your controller can “phone home” periodically
to report on its status and take advantage of the low-cost, low data rate plans available from the major Cell Phone Service Providers.
